Terms of Trade
By placing and order you accept the following Terms of Trade and conditions. If something is not clear please contact us by email.
1. Delivery Guarantee
All packages shipped are part of our "100% delivery guarantee" - so no risk for you.
2. Legal Drinking Age
With placing and order you have to register in the Shop and you have to state your age. With placing and order you declare that you are over the legal drinking age in your country. Usually this is 18 years (Europe) but in some states the legal drinking age is 21 (esp. United States).
3. Import of the ordered products
Before placing an orders you have to ensure that its legal to import the ordered products.
4. Lost packages
Packages are insured up to a value of 500 Euro. In case of an lost package please contact us as we can start an tracking with the carrier.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable and returned only the costs for the bottles are refunded and the costs for the return shipment credited.
6. Online Tracking
Packages shipped are trackable and we can send a tracking number upon request.
7. Privacy
Your personal data that you entered in the shop are not given or sold to any third parties.
8. Payments
Accepted payments are Creditcard (Mastercard, VISA) . Payments are accepted in US$. We dont ship goods "COD - Cash On Delivery". If you want use another payment method than credit card please contact us !
9. Refund Policy
Orders can be canceled within seven days of the contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) upon return of the items in the new unopened condition. The buyer is responsible for expenses incurred by shipping. These costs will be subtracted from the refund payment.
